This notice explains how Kelmavory handles information collected through this website. It covers project inquiries, the optional project assessment, and the technical information needed to operate the site.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, selected service, industry, budget and timeline choices, project message, and consent. We also record a submission reference and submission time. A budget or detailed project specification is not needed to start a conversation.
Please keep account credentials, confidential documents, financial account details, and sensitive personal information out of the initial inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, evaluate whether we can help, communicate about your project, and keep a record of the conversation. It is stored for review by Kelmavory. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or schedule a consultation.
We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not publish a directory of inquiries or provide a public lookup for submission references.
The project assessment
Your assessment answers stay in the current page until you choose to use them. Completing the assessment alone does not save those answers to our inquiry database. You can download a brief to your device or carry it into the contact form.
If you submit the contact form with an assessment brief, the brief becomes part of your inquiry. You can edit it before sending. The website does not save an unfinished inquiry in your browser’s local storage.
Technical information and service providers
The website uses Hostinger for hosting and database storage. These providers may process ordinary request information and use essential authentication or security cookies to operate and protect their services.
The application uses temporary, time-limited identifiers derived from an email address or, where available, an IP address to limit automated form abuse. The raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record. Expired rate-limit records are removed as subsequent valid submissions are processed.
We do not add advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or marketing trackers. If we introduce optional tracking or a new use of inquiry information, we will update this notice and provide any choices required for that use.
Access and retention
Access to inquiry records is restricted. We use hosting and storage providers to process information for the purposes described here, and may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Inquiry records remain in our database until removed. They may be needed while a request is being considered, during related business discussions, or to address a legal or contractual requirement. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your information through the contact form.
Your questions and choices
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further inquiry follow-up, use our privacy request form. Include your inquiry reference if you have it and tell us what you would like us to do.
We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before responding. Please do not send identity documents or additional sensitive information with an initial request. Applicable rights and any exceptions depend on the circumstances and law that applies.
External websites
Our insights and other pages may link to external websites. Their operators are responsible for their own content and privacy practices. Opening an external link sends ordinary web request information to that destination.
Changes to this notice
