We aim to keep the content useful and accurate, but technology and circumstances change. Published information does not guarantee a particular result, price, availability, or delivery schedule.
Examples and imagery
Engagement examples are labeled illustrative. They explain how a challenge could be approached and do not identify completed client projects or measured client results. Brand photographs are AI-generated illustrations and do not represent actual employees, clients, offices, or facilities.
References to technologies and industry practices describe relevant tools and approaches. They do not imply a vendor partnership, endorsement, certification, or guaranteed compatibility.
Assessments and inquiries
The project assessment suggests a starting point based on the answers you select. It is not an audit, quote, risk rating, or guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing an assessment brief before including it in an inquiry.
Sending an inquiry provides information for us to review. It does not book a meeting, create a client relationship, authorize paid work, or commit either party to an engagement. Please provide accurate contact details and avoid sharing confidential or unnecessary personal information.
Consulting agreements
Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property arrangements, support expectations, and other applicable terms. Those agreed terms govern the engagement and take precedence over general website descriptions.
Responsible use
Use the website and its forms for legitimate business inquiries and information requests. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, or use automated submissions to overwhelm the inquiry system.
Content and third-party materials
The Kelmavory name, logo, editorial content, and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may read and share links to public pages, and download an assessment or inquiry summary for your own records. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.

Availability and updates
The website may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. If an inquiry cannot be submitted, the form will indicate the problem so you can retry. Keep your submission reference when a request is accepted.
